EARLY AGE FITNESS TRAINING

  In the recent past exercising at least three times a week has become the common medicine for most healthy and "unhealthy" people. it is common sense that with the growing sense of fitness conscious elderly population our kids should not be spared in the quest for better health. After-all we feed on almost the same kinds of food, perform almost the same routines each day and so forth. studies have shown the importance of exercise on the overall development of kids 2yrs and older. These range from social, mental and physical abilities of a child.
