Fitness Defined



Fitness means being able to perform physical activity with ease. It also means having the energy and strength to feel as good as possible. Getting more fit, even a little bit, can improve your health. When done right fitness provides a great cushion of  protection from ravages of time and disease amongst other benefits. Aero provide a fitness platform that supports health and healthy living.In order to become FIT one does not need to be on a "diet".

Fitness requires performing well in all tasks, even the unfamiliar ones, that are combined in varying combinations. These, random combinations, help in dis-investing in notions of sets, reps, order of exercise, routine, rest periods etc. thus improving one's ability to strive for the un-foreseeable challenges.

Generally, experts recommend that to improve one's fitness level, they can engage in moderate aerobic activity, vigorous activity or both. This works for all ages, more specially parents should encourage their children to engage in either of the above activities.

At Aero, we focus our training on the three metabolic pathways that provide action energy for all human action i.e the phosphagen, glycolytic, and oxidative pathways which dominate the high, moderate and low powered activities. These activities take short to long periods of time respectively.

We provide training that is broad, general and inclusive thus reducing the aspect specializing in choreographed routines. The body becomes more receptive to new forms of training aimed at better health.
